Abstract
The paper calculated the soil erosion modulus and the total amount of soil erosion of Muyanghe watershed which is the headwater area of Kunming Municipality based on revised universal soil loss equation and by using RS and GIS technology. It analyzed the area variation of soil erosion intensity, temporal variation of total amount of soil erosion and spatial variation of soil erosion intensity in the period of 1992~2010 by using transfer matrix method. The outcomes show that the soil erosion intensity of the watershed is not great, mainly belongs to tiny erosion and light erosion and the total amount of soil erosion shows the tendency of increasing at the beginning and decreasing later.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
