Abstract

In this paper, a new model of supply chain management in electronic commerce esupply chain management is introduced. Then the characteristics of e supply chain is summarized with the focus on the necessity and feasibility of constructing e supply chain. Finally some major issues occurring in the course of implementing the e supply Chain in china are investigated.
