A Study of Development Situation and Patterns of the Service Industry in Developed Countries

With the development of the world economy,the service industry is increasingly appearing its economic status and effect and has become a new motivation of the world's economy.The development scale and standard of service industry have become an important index measuring the nation's economy and society evolution and the people's living standard.On December 11st,2006,China honored its WTO commitment to fully open its service industry,which implies that China's service industry will be faced with all the challenges from foreign competitors thereafter.Meanwhile,China has also been provided with the opportunity to learn from the incorporate patterns of the service industries in developed countries.This paper explains the development law of service industries in developed countries,analyzes the current situation of services industries in our countries and has advanced some correspondent policies and advices.
