Abstract

Experimental results indicated that the amylose content raised with the increasing of application quantity nitrogen fertilizer when the nitrogen fertilizer quantity was 0~128.9 kg/hm~2. The protein content raised with the increasing of application quantity nitrogen fertilizer when the nitrogen fertilizer quantity was 0~112.8 kg/hm~2. The protein content was obviously lower if the nitrogen fertilizer quantity was higher than 112.8 kg/hm~2?Quantity of applying nitrogen fertilizer remarkably increased with chalkiness grains and degree of chalkiness. The relation-ship between rice yield and rice quality was obvious difference. The milled rice rate and head rice rate were more lower but chalkiness grains and degree of chalkiness became were more bigger with the higher of spikes in the yield factor? The milled rice rate and head rice rate were more higher but chalkiness grains and degree of chalkiness became more lower with higher of 1000-seeds weight and mature degree ?
