Abstract
Effect of different factors of co-surfactant, surfactant and water on the difenoconazole microemulsion was developed. Research was conducted on stability of the formulation under hot and cold storage along with its chemical and physical properties. The results indicated that the optimum HLB of surfactant was more than 11.5 and the co-surfactant methanol is effective to form qualified microemulsion. Any kinds of water are suitable to formulate transparent and steady microemulsion. The stability of the microemulsion can be obtained by using a proper mixture of ionic and non-ionic surfactants even in low concentration.
