Abstract
In the paper,it is studied the two different heat treatment processes of water quenching and oil quenching for30 Cr Mo steel in the standard of seamless tube for gas cylinder in the laboratory as well as compared and analyzed the effects of them on microstructure and properties of steel. The experimental results show that the microstructure and mechanical properties of the material could all meet the standard requirements when tested steel is with water quenching; the quenching microstructure is bainite and a small quantity of martensite when tested steel is with oil quenching as well as the mechanical properties of the material could not meet the standard requirements after high temperature tempering.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
