Abstract

This paper describes the significance of fire prevention of ancient buildings' fire in Xi'an, fire hazard analysis of ancient buildings and causes of the fire, indicating the ancient buildings of Xi'an for the fire situation. Referring to the advanced technology or cases of fire prevention both at home and abroad, following the ancient buildings fire codes and combined with the surroundings of the buildings, there comes to Xi'an ancient fire safety improvements which has a positive meaning to the protection of ancient buildings.
