Abstract
The text introduces the model of enterprise's value,regarding the highly praised economic profit model as the breakthrough point,meanwhile,analyzes the principle and application of economic profit model deeply in the assessment of enterprise value,at last,this paper proposes some concerned issues about economic profit model in the assessment of enterprise value.
