Abstract
A method for the determination of phthalate esters(PAEs)in soil has been developed by headspace solid-phase microextraction with gas chromatography(HS-SPME-GC).PAEs in soil is determined by adding homemade solid-phase microextraction coating,optimizing the operation conditions of solid-phase microextraction,separating it by capillary gas chromatography and determining it with flame ionization detector(FID) successively.The optimal operation conditions are shown as follows:50 minutes of headspace extraction at 70 ℃,3 g of NaCl,5 minutes of desorption time at 280℃,with certain stirring speed.The linear range and the detection limits are 1-100 μg/L and 0.005-0.1 μg/L,respectively.The relative standard deviations(RSD) is 7.6%-9.2%.The recovery of soil samples is 72.6%-112.5%.
