Abstract

Objective To compare the efficacy and toxicity of CHOP and CHEPP regimen in the treatment of T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Methods Apply two regimen to treat 65 cases of T-cell NHC patients.35 cases were in CHOP group and 30 cases in CHEPP group. Results The clinical characteristics of the two groups were similar(P0.05).The response rate for CHOP and CTOP was 54.2%and 80%,respectively and the CR rate was 22.9%and 53.3%(P0.01).Major toxicity was myelosuppression,GI toxicity and alopecia.Incidence of myelosuppression in CHEPP group was higher than in CHOP group(73.3%,34.3%,P0.01).Incidence of GI toxicity in CHEPP group was higher than in CHOP group(80%,40%,P0.05).The 2-year tumor-free survival rate was notably higher in CHEPPgroup than in CHOP group(56.7%,17.1%.P0.01).Conclusion CHEPP regimen may be more effective on treating T-cell lymphoma with better long term survival and it is wortlhy of further study of the clinical.
