DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL LOGISTICS SYSTEM IN CHINA

Now the modern logistics is the developing trend of economy in the foreign countries and China,especially the development of third part logistics.Regional logistics is an important sort of modern logistics.In this article,based on the expound of regional logistics conception,the author analyzed its characteristics,including the regional characteristics,the center characteristics,distance economy,and discussed the theoretical components of regional logistics system in retails.But the author believed the modern logistics in China is in developing stage and regional logistics system is still backward,and there were many exiting problems.The author analyzed the developing experiences of regional logistics in the foreign countries and China,and drew some conclusions.The author think in our country,especially the modern logistics is still in the developing stage,the best way to developing modern logistics is to building the regional logistics system firstly,and put out the countermeasures to building regional logistics system,including:①building a managing department which could control all logistics resources;②put up the regional logistics developing plan;③put up the regional logistics developing strategy;④developing regional logistics market through social logistics of industry and business and developing logistics corporation.
