Abstract

Objective To study the construction features of vasculogenic mimicry in xenografts of human osteosarcoma cells in nude mice. Methods Vasculogenic mimicry in xenografts of human osteosarcoma cells in nude mice was constructed. The osteosarcoma cells and the construction features of vasculogenic mimicry were observed by immunohistochemical after CD147 staining. Results Osteosarcoma cells showed CD147 positive. The construction of vasculogenic mimicry was observed in the central zone of osteosarcoma. Conclusion Vasculogenic mimicry exists in xenografts of human osteosarcoma cell in nude mice.Tumor cells can obtain blood and nutrition by vasculogenic mimicry.
