Abstract
In this paper,ANSYS program is applied to build a model of shaping machine hydraulic cylinder support part of copper automatic packaging production line,and to analyze its strength and rigidity.The deformation and stress of the frame has been obtained by a series of procedure,and the biggest stress and the deforming position is also analyzed,which show some weakness of hydraulic support part.These results provide foundation for optimization of the frame design.
