Abstract

At present,many countryside libraries play little role in meeting the need of people especially the children in the countryside.There are many reasons that cause the slow development of countryside library.The development direction of countryside libraries is to set up creative mechanism.They should make full use of the important function of the hierarchy public library construction and the NDCNC.
