Abstract
It is a historical inevitable trend that the ecological industry comes into being. The ecological industry has its characteristics comparing with traditional industry. The development of ecological industry is a fundamental way of building a welloff society in an allround way and realizing sustainable development. characteristics of ecological industry are analyzed and the development countermeasures of ecological agriculture,ecological industry and ecological third industry are proposed.
