Abstract
According to the feature and foreign trade situation of textile industry,the trade course of Chinese textiles and garment since 1949 was reviewed,and the foreign trade development status and international trade protection situation at different period was summed up,and the skeleton of international trade friction on Chinese textiles and garment was made clear,and the unfair treatment that Chinese textiles and garment encountered and the essence of international trade protectionism were further understood.
