Abstract

OBJECTIVE:To compare the contents of hyperforin in Hypericum perforatum from different regions. METHODS:A chromatography method of RP-HPLC was used to determinate the contents of hyperforin.RESULTS and CONCLUSION:The contents of hyperforin in Hypericum perforatum from different regions were different, and that from Hanzhong was the highest.
