Abstract
Objective To establish an oligonucleotide microarray method for early detecting and subtyping of influenza A virus and dengue virus. Methods Specific detection probes for each virus and virus detection array were designed by the conserved sequence of virus genome sequence in genebank. Virus target sequences were marked by restriction display technology. Hybridization products of marking product and array were cleaned, scanned and analyzed. Results Influenza A virus (H1N1,H3N2) and dengue virus in the cultured cell could be detected correctly by oligonucleotide microarray.Conclusion Oligonucleotide microarray technology can be used to detect several viruses and their subtypes.
