Abstract
For the requirement of the stability in large-capacity data storage, this paper proposes a NAND Flash dynamic bad block management algorithm design and implementation based on logic-physical block address mapping table. This method can completely shield the operation of the bad block; it can achieve effective storage of NAND Flash, and have high practical value.
