The Chivalrous spirit in "Historical Records" and the Influence of the Martial Arts Novels by Jin Yong

Abstract

This paper discusses the chivalrous spirit inHistorical Records and points out that the martial arts novels by Jin Yong inherit and carry forward the spirit of chivalry.As part of the essence of traditional Chinese culture, the chivalrous spirit does not change because of the difference of the dynasties and social structures or lose its charm.In the historical conditions of the new society,it continues to play its positive role.
