Abstract
Objective To assess of the clinical effect of“ Bushen Yiqi Yangyin Decoction”in the treatment of chronic nephritis. Methods Sixty-four subjects were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group in which 32 cases were treated by“ Bushen Yiqi Yangyin Decoction”and control group in which 32 cases were treated b“y Shenyankang Tablet”,with a course of three months. The clinical effect, 24-hour urinary protein,urine RBC,serum BUN and Cr were observed. Results The total effective rate was 81.2% in treatment group and 62.5% in control group,P 0.01;the clinical symptom score,24- h urinary protein and blood urea nitrogen of the two groups have significant differences. Conclusion This Decoction has positive effects on chronic nephritis.
