Abstract
In this experiment, the effect of different bonding technology on welding point microstructure, flaw distribution and hardness distribution of 2 mm 3A21 aluminum alloy which were welded by laser welding and laser-argon arc welding was studied. The results showed that laser-argon arc welding microstructure was better than laser welding microstructure, and the air hole volume of laser-argon arc welding was obviously reduced. The micro-hardness of laser welding point was higher than laser-argon arc welding point, and the values were 52 HV and 51.3 HV respectively, they were all higher than the micro-hardness of matrix hardness which was 43 HV.
