Thinking on Strengthening the National People's Congress on Enterprises State-owned Assets Supervision

Supervision of state-owned assets of enterprises including the investors' supervision on the operation and management of state-owned enterprises and the supervision of the National People's Congress to supervise the investor behavior. these are two different nature of the supervision form. Current laws already on the subject of supervision,contents of supervision and way of supervision to make the explicit rules for the former. However,in the latter the content and the way of supervision of the provisions are too simple. so that the people's Congress supervision of state-owned assets to become a mere formality,the lack of supervision and rigid. Therefore,we should set up specialized agencies in the NPC Standing Committee,to strengthen the supervision of state-owned assets of enterprises.
