Abstract

Based on ANSYS Workbench 12 finite element analysis platform,there is the soft body dynamics analysis about the gear pump gear meshing.Using UG NX7.5 gear modeling module,set up 3D solid gear models,and established finite element model and soft bodies dynamic analysis in the ANSYS Workbench 12.Obtained the velocity curves,acceleration curve and tooth contact stress and strain dynamic curves of gear motion.And offer a new way to the design of gear pump,having a practical application value.
