Abstract
The method for determing 25 organochlorine pesticides in tea has been build utilizing GC/ECD technique. The residues of organochlorine pesticides in tea were extracted by the solution of n-hexane-actone(2∶1 by volume) and cleaned up using florisil SPE column.n-Hexane-ethyl acetate(9∶1 by volume) was used as elution solution.GC analytical results show the working curve is linear in the range of 0.005-0.500 mg/L.The recoveries of 0.005-0.100 mg/kg organochlorine pesticides were 71%-110%,RSD in the range of 4.6%-13.7%.The limits of quantition of organochlorine pesticides are 5.0 μg/kg except that chlorobenzilate is 8.0 μg/kg.
