On the Legislative Pattern of Commercial Law in China

Abstract

It has been the focus of debate to construct the legislative pattern of commercial law of China.By comparing the legislative patternn of commercial law in the world,the author finds that the legislative pattern of commercial law excluded by the civil law is the tendency of development.This article discusses the construction of the legislative pattern of commercial law in China by comparing the two legislative patterns: commercial code and commercial laws.
