Abstract
Reciprocating compressor is a kind of key equipment in petrochemical and metallurgy industry. In the process of compressor operation, pipeline vibration occurred frequently,so it has a strong impact on safety production. It is very necessary to research the causes and the corresponding eliminates vibration methods. This paper firstly analyzed three main causes of compressor pipeline vibration and corresponding elimination vibration methods. Then computing formula for pipeline press heterogeneous degree, gas column′s natural frequency, resonance tube length and pipeline′s natural frequency was given. Finally, the methods of causing pipeline vibration were put forward and the method of indentifying pipeline vibration cause is obtained.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
