Abstract
Objective:To research on the relationship of Rh blood type antibody in multiple pregnancy and hemolytic disease of the newborn.Method:Rh antibody and subgroup were identified by microcolumn gel immunization assay, and antibody titer was detected by anti-globulin test.Result:Among 16845 pregnant women,48 cases had abnormal antibody, including 43 women with Rh antibody and ciscompatible with husband ABO blood type. From the analysis of antibody subtype and titer,8 women were anti-D,with titer from 8 to 512.5 women were antic, with titer from 16 to 128.16 women were anti-E,with titer from 8 to 64.12 women were anti-C,with titer from 4~8.2 were antie, with titer are 8.And the antigenicity of Rh blood type was DcECe.Conclusion:The titer of Rh subantibody in multiple pregnant women might be one of the reasons for the development of hemolytic disease in the newborn.
