Virtual integrated test and virtual instrument technology

Abstract

Virtual instrument technology combined with virtual test technology and computer automated test technology is a very important developing way of the current automated test technology and its system. The current research of virtual integrated test and virtual instrument technology based on computer bus, and its hardware and software are described. The further developments of this new technology are discussed also.
