Abstract
This paper analyzes the conditions on the process temperature control of liquid steel during melting and casting at No. 3 Steelmaking Plant of Shaoguan Steel Group, and then puts forward the measures to reduce temperature loss of liquid steel and optimize the temperature schedule. Moreover, it also describes the result which has been obtained, such as lower tapping temperature of converter and stable casting temperature of tundish.
