Abstract

A large number of quality assurance agencies in higher education have been flourished since the beginning of the Bologna Process in the past decade,and the independency of the quality assurance agencies in higher education has been strengthened.The relationships between quality assurance agencies in higher education and governments,higher education institutions and communities were redefined.
