On the Qualities of Student Cadres in Colleges and Universities

Student Cadres are the efficient helpers of ideological education,teaching,and administration in colleges and universities,an indispensable part of the basic organizations to carry out various work,and the core members trained for the the cause of the Party;so the training of student cadres in colleges and universities is of great significance.Based on practice,this article elaborates from ten aspects the qualities of student cadres,so as to be of some help to the work of student cadres.
