Abstract
Inbred lines 87-1,87-3 and other fourteen chinese elite inbred lines are crossed in dialled cross style according to Griffing 4 design.Lattice design was employed to analyze GCA and SCA of 6 ear characters such as yield ,ear length, ear diameter, etc.The results showed that the yield GCA of 87-1 and 87-3 ranked medium among the sixteen inbred lines . But the GCA of ear diameter of 87-1 and 87-3 is the highest. Among the all hybreds of 87-1 crossed with the other inbred line, the SCA of 87-1×HZ 32 and 87-1×Zong 3 are outstanding in yield. The control heterosis reaches 13.31% and 9.85% respectively. The cluster analysis showed that 87-1 and Xu 178,P 138 have the closest relationship. So they belong to the same germplasm.
