Abstract
[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Renal Failure Ⅱ Capsule in treating chronic renal failure. [Methods] The patients with renal failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients of treatment group were treated by Renal Failure Ⅱ Capsule and that of control group by Enalapril. The change of Cr, BUN, HB was determined on every week. [Results] It was primarily proved that Renal Failure Ⅱ Capsule had exact therapeutic effect on patients at insufficient compensation and decompensation stage. It may obviously decrease the blood Cr, BUN level, increase HB content and improve clinical symptoms and renal function. [Conclusions] The curative effect of Renal Failure Ⅱ Capsule was more superior than that of Enalapril.
