Abstract

The innovation of party construction is objective needs of inherent requirements for self-construction of University Party Branch and for educational development.The basic idea of Party building in universities is to center closely around the 12th Five-Year development planning and goal of building a high-level university,push forward Party building with a spirit of reform and innovation so as to provide strong protection and a powerful driving force for scientific development of education.The innovation of party building involves such rich connotations as being equipped with ideology and theories,shift in leadership style,grassroots organizations,reform of institutional mechanisms.
