Abstract
Wheat seedling and detached leaves were treated with abscisic acid, zeatin and mixture solution (abscisic acid/zeatin=2×10 -4 mol/10 -4 mol). The abscisic acid promoted activity of protease in leaves, the zeatin inhibited it.Effects of the mixture solution tendency to it of the zeatin. These results relating to that effects of ABA and zeatin on senescence of leaves and changes of content of protein in leaves.
