Abstract
This paper reported that the trace amounts of calcium, iron and copper presents in many fruit wines by the analysis of wine sediments.Any of the three elements with high content would result in precipitate in wines.A standard addition FAAS method for the successive determination of the above mentioned elements is proposed in this paper. The recovery and the relative standard deviation are 96.5%~102.3% and 1.2%~3.8%,respectively.This method is proved to be simple, rapid and sensitive for application.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
