Innovation in the work of the Communist Youth League at colleges and universities

Along with deepening the reform of internal management system and teaching at colleges and universities, the work of the Communist Youth League at colleges and universities faces the challenges in all aspects including organization construction, ideological construction, work methods and activity forms. In order to solve the question about how to conform to the trend of deepening the reform of colleges and universities and create a new situation of the work of the Communist Youth League, the principles, contents and methods of innovation are proposed based on the author's work experiences.
