Talking about Open Coal-mine's Water Prevention and Control Work

This paper expounds the influences and hazards of open coal-mine's water gushing on the coal mining,analyzes some influencing factors of open coal-mine's water gushing,and puts forward some measures for open coal-mine's water prevention and control work,and points out that the purpose of open coal-mine's water prevention and control work is to prevent surface-water and underground water pouring into the stope,and the water prevention and control work must implement the principle of putting the prevention first and combining the prevention and drainage,and should make overall arrangements with drainage and dewatering for ensuring the safety in production.
