Abstract
Scientific technique system can be divided into material fruits,scientific culture and scientific spirit.The material fruits afford the productivity for society,and show the material civilization;scientific culture is the mother of the material scientific fruits;and scientific spirit is the organization and control factor of the scientific culture.Both science and humane spirits are closely related and they are the unity of opposites,and they make the scientific culture and humane culture mixed and developed together.
