Abstract

Aiming at current existing problems of real estate management in university library and archives (LA), the paper has compared the merits sand shortcomings of a few socialization models of real estate management, pointed out a specialized socialized operation path for the real estate management of university library and archives, and puts forward the procedures of actual implementation and operation.
