Abstract
Optical calibration is facing challenges of functional enhancement and diversification of the future optical remote sensors.A few suggestions are proposed for the development and applications of new calibration techniques,in order to meet quantification requirements of next generation satellite missions with hyperspectral,higher resolution and 3D geodesy observation.
