Abstract
The collapse of communism in CCCP shocked the whole world.Although the deficiencies long-existed in the rotted political system were most blamed,We thought it was no doubt that Gorbachev's reform program directly led the disintegration of the Communist Party.This article is going to know about the lapse of the the Soviet Communist Party when they were in power on the analysis of the reformation of Gorbachev and the disintegration of the Soviet Communist Party,that is helpful for us to observe the change of world situation currently and to study the practice of the socialism movement.The third part of this article presents a thoughtful and experienced summary combining the analysis with the reality in our country.
