Abstract
Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical efficacy of surgical treatment of low back pain in elderly.Method Total 48 elderly patients of low back pain were treated with surgery,with a full laminectomy,semilaminectomy,fenestration.discectomy,and lumbar instability was a combination of internal fixation and bone graft.Results For 48 patients were followed up for more than 8 months,the excellent rate was 89.58%,and the mean time in bed was 21 days.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of surgical treatment of low back pain is significant in elderly.
