On Post-evaluation of Technical Level of Highway Project Design

Taking related specifications and standards of country and profession as evaluation standards,aiding to make the evaluation goals reasonable,comprehensive and general,evaluation contents,index systems and evaluation methods were discussed based on the analysis of main reflection of highway project design level and common design quality problems.As an example,the application of this theories and methods in a reconstruction project design were analyzed.The results demonstrated that this post-evaluation system and methods,with its feasibility and practicality,could be used to analyze technical level of highway projects design.
