An Analysis and Exploration on Building Modern Chinese University System

The author introduced the connotation and common characteristics of modern university system,from the perspective of the globalization of economy,education and talents,explained the urgent necessity of establishing the system in China,advocated that the system must be established under the guidance of modern university concept,explored the ways to a harmonious organization with friendly relationship inside and outside of the school,and a rational organization structure for university members.In the article,He also pointed out that modern university system must be established under the guidance of the Communist Party and Chinese government’s macro-control,and it should be built in accordance with the requirements of Educational Law and the Law for Higher Education.Modern universities must implement scientific management method and run the school to the needs of the society.
