Abstract

Objective:Comparison on the content of total tritepenoidic acid between some cultivated and wild Ganoderma collected from Hainan. Methods:Under the experimental condition including pure Ursolic acid as the reference,5% vanillin-acetic acid and perchloric acid as color developer, the content of total tritepenoidic acid was determined by spectrophotometric method at 548 nm.Results:Total tritepenoidic acid content in cultivated G.lucidum of Hainan was 1.96%.Total tritepenoidic acid content in cultivated G.lucidum of Shinshu was 1.29%,total tritepenoidic acid content in wild G.lucidum of Hainan was 1.65%,total tritepenoidic acid content in wild G.luteomarginatum was 2.23%.Total tritepenoidic acid Content in wild G.hainanense was 2.00%.Conclusion:The content of total tritepenoidic acid of cultivated G.lucidum of Hainan was higher than that of wild G.lucidum of Hainan and cultivated G.lucidum of Shinshu, but smaller than that of wild G.luteomarginatum and wild G.hainanense.These results are provided signifi cant theoretical basis for the cultivation and development of Ganoderma.
