Abstract
The experimental study on antioxidant activity in vitro of five kinds different Cordyceps extract.The extract of cordyceps was withdrawed by microwave method,determined their total reducing power,scavenging effect of hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion.The results showed that the silkworm Cordyceps extracts total reducing power was best,the A700 value was 0.68.The Cordyceps militaris 3# extract the scavenging effect of hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion was best,the values were 90.62% and 78.56%.The test result indicated that the Five kinds of Cordyceps have the good antioxidant activity,The antioxidant activity strong and the weak was in turn the Cordyceps militaris 3# silkworm Cordyceps Cordyceps sinesis Cordyceps sobolifera Cordyceps militaris 2#.
