Abstract
Comparative genomics is one of the most powerful tools in the post-sequencing era,which will exhibit its significant role in the functional genomics research.By alignment and comparison of two or multiple species′genomes,we can discover amount of information of the organisms.It′s theory,strategy in application,methodologies and the related tools were introduced in the current paper.
