On the Reasons for German's Leading Position in Social Insurance System Establishment

Abstract

Trough analyzing German's special environment factors like economy, ideology and etc. in the latter period of the 19~(th)century, this paper concludes that some economic, political and ideological factors work together to stimulate German's leading position in social insurance system establishment. Those factors include: the 21 century industrial revolution; unification of Deutschland; Catholic tradition of Deutschland; Neo-historical school of thought and Spread of Marxism.
